Description

Crunchy, golden, high-protein chips made with just one ingredient—cottage cheese! These easy air fryer snacks are low-carb, gluten-free, and perfect for guilt-free snacking.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup full-fat small curd cottage cheese

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

¼ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Parchment paper


Instructions

1. Place cottage cheese in a mesh strainer and let it drain for 10–15 minutes. Press gently to remove excess moisture.

2. Line your air fryer tray with parchment paper. Scoop 1–2 tsp mounds of cheese and place them spaced apart.

3. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, or until chips are golden and firm.

5. Let cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes to finish crisping. Serve with your favorite dip or enjoy solo.

Notes

For extra crisp chips, freeze drained cottage cheese for 10 minutes before air frying.

Use full-fat cheese only—low-fat versions don’t crisp properly.

Store cooled chips in an airtight container at room temp for up to 3 days.
