This Cottage Cheese Cheesecake Dip is a light, creamy, high-protein dessert that blends whipped cottage cheese with honey, vanilla, and lemon for the ultimate no-bake treat. Perfect as a fruit dip, spread, or layered dessert—ready in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1½ cups cottage cheese (full-fat or 2%), blended until smooth
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: ¼ teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg
- Optional toppings: crushed graham crackers, jam, fresh fruit, or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend the Cottage Cheese: Add cottage cheese to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add Flavors: Add honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, salt, and any optional spices. Blend again until fully combined and smooth.
- Adjust Taste: Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed. Add more honey or lemon juice to your preference.
- Chill (Optional): For a firmer consistency, refrigerate the dip for 15–30 minutes before serving.
- Serve: Scoop into a bowl and top with optional toppings. Serve with fruit, crackers, or cookies.
Notes
For best texture, always blend the cottage cheese first before adding sweeteners or mix-ins. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. To make a firmer no-bake cheesecake, dissolve 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin in warm water and blend it into the dip before chilling in a crust.
