Description

These crunchy oven-baked cottage cheese chips are low-carb, high-protein, and gluten-free. Perfect for keto snacking, quick prep, and guilt-free flavor

Ingredients

1 cup full-fat small curd cottage cheese

 ½ tsp garlic powder

 ½ tsp onion powder

 ¼ tsp smoked paprika

 Parchment paper

Optional: chili flakes, grated Parmesan, or everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Spoon cottage cheese into small 1–2 tsp dollops, spaced 1 inch apart.

4. Flatten slightly and season each chip as desired.

5. Bake for 25–35 minutes until golden-brown and crisp.

6. Let cool fully on a wire rack for maximum crunch.

7. Store in airtight container with paper towel for up to 2 days.

Notes

Use full-fat, small-curd cottage cheese for best texture.

Avoid wax paper—use only parchment to prevent sticking.

Chips crisp more as they cool—don’t rush them off the tray.
