Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
1. Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and milk (if using) to a high-speed blender.
