Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (to taste)
Instructions
1. In a high-powered blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese alone until completely smooth (1–2 minutes).
2. Add cocoa powder and your chosen sweetener. Blend again until well mixed and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or add-ins as needed. Blend again if necessary.
4. Scoop into serving jars or bowls.
5. Chill for 30 minutes for firmer texture or enjoy immediately for a softer mousse.
6. Top with fresh berries, nuts, or dark chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
For keto-friendly: Use monk fruit, erythritol, or stevia instead of honey/maple syrup.
Use a high-quality, smooth cottage cheese for best results.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
